My daughter turned 9 last month. Her bff turned 9 one month and one day later. They split the difference in their dates and shared a party. They have the same friends, save my daughter's cousins, so why not? They held it at the next towns indoor swimming pool. They wanted a beach theme. Everyone seem to have a blast!
The cake had three levels. The bottom was a chocolate with a raspberry filling. The middle layer was a white cake. The top layer was rice crispy treats. The shells were made of chocolate.
Many kids went to change and some were sitting in their towels waiting for cake.
All were ready to sing and dig in!

The two girls made their own personal party favors. They made 2 lolly pops, in the shape of beach items, for their guests.
All it in all, the party was a hit. The girls had a wonderful party and were successful at having a swim party in November.
