I had a couple of friends ask me to post my menus. I have recorded my food for the last 3 days.
Wednesday my meals were:
Breakfast: 1 eas protein shake.
Lunch: 3 egg whites 1 bag of steamed veggies
Snack: 7 walnuts
Dinner: grilled chicken seasoned with a citrus seasoning. (not marinade just a rub) 1/3 of a cup of wild long grain rice (no butter) 1/2 of corn
Snack/dessert: special K protein bar.
Thursday:
breakfast: 1 protein shake
Snack: small apple
Lunch: 3 egg whites 1 bag of steamed veggies
snack: Special K protein bar
Dinner: Rotisserie turkey breast 3oz . ( I took the skin off) Black beans and steamed veggies.
Friday:
Breakfast: EAS protein shake
Snack: Apple
Lunch: 3 egg whites steamed veggies
Snack: protein bar
Dinner: Grilled skinless turkey breast, wild rice, and Salad with lemon juice for dressing.

Yomaida, I do eat healty most of the time. I am mainly leaving out dessert if you don't count fruit or protein bars. Next week we have baby boy's birthday on thursday a couples bunco (eating fest) on Friday and his party on Sunday. If I am not good now it will be bad later.
