Memorial Day weekend

First off I want to send out thoughts for our fallen soldiers on this day of remembrance.

We spent the weekend in Memphis. Here are some pictures. I really wish I could cut and paste them together. Baby boy would look at the camera and baby girl would look away. I am posting them all!

Here is a quick video with the kids playing grrrr with Petes.

UPDATE

Baby girl and Baby boy went to a friends house today to play. They had a new pirate pool and they loved playing. We are still trying to escape this horrible spring heat. It feels like August outside.

We got ice cream yesterday to get a break from the heat. I just have a pic of baby boy because baby girl ate her dots very neatly and then put half of them away in the freezer. Baby boy looked like I was going to take his ice cream away at any moment.

My husband snapped these pictures of the kids playing the other day while I napped.

Baby Girl decided she was going to make a music video for Disney Channel. She made up the dance. Daddy filmed. He accidentally covered the mic with his fingers part way through. Turn up the volume on your computer.

Field day

Here is pictures of baby girl at field day. They were really sweet and let baby boy play some too. These were taken with hubbies cell so they are not clear. My friend let me take one pic of baby girl with her camera but I don't have that picture.

Here is a picture of baby boy with his cool new toy.

B I B L E

Baby girl made my heart melt today. I had my Bible out and she wanted to look at the whole book. She wanted me to read all the books of the Bible to her. Then she wanted me to show her the gospels. Then she asked me to turn to Genesis 1:1 and she asked me to read. She wanted to just listen and soak up all the it said. She kept begging me to go on. I didn't have to ask her to listen or entice her. All of this came from her. She said, "Mommy I want you to read the whole thing." I told her that that would take too long to do all today, but we could read it every day.

She has always enjoyed reading her children's Bible. She has decided that she likes the adult Bible was more interesting.

I remembered that someone took this picture of her last summer.

First t-ball game

Mr. B helped me run the bases.

I pulled the cap over my eyes while trying to catch the ball. My best bud was standing next to me.

I caught the ball right after this picture was taken.

Batters up
